FRONT DESK

Volunteers will assist officers with serving walk-in citizens and answering the non-emergency phone calls that come from citizens of Arlington.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Successfully pass a complete criminal history
  • Must have a calm disposition and be able to speak in a clear professional voice.
  • Must have or be available to take Law Enforcement System training within six months of volunteering.
  • Must be patient and be able to listen to the people that approach the front desk for help.
