Seeking the public’s help identifying man wanted for robbing MoneyCenter

 
The Arlington Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a man who entered a local retail store in the 4800 block of S. Cooper Street on Monday, July 15, 2013, and robbed a MoneyCenter, which provides services such as cashing checks, paying bills and buying money orders. After waiting in line, the suspect displayed a handgun and ordered the female employee to remove the cash from the register. The clerk complied and the man fled the location with an undisclosed amount of money.  

The suspect is believed to be in his 30s-40s, 5’09” to 5’10”tall and weighing around 160 pounds. In this robbery, the man was seen possibly leaving the location in a sliver 4-door passenger car.  Photographs of the suspect and possible suspect vehicle are attached to this message. Video surveillance of the robbery is available for review in the Arlington Police Media Office (it cannot be downloaded because of the video formatting).
